FAQ's

Q. What time can we arrive?
A. Rooms are available from 3.30pm. If you will be arriving earlier than this please check with us first.

Q. What time do we have to leave?
A. We request that on your day of departure you vacate
your room by 10.00am.

Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. We take most major credit cards but not American Express or Diners Club.

Q. Is there parking available?
A.Yes we have a large car park.

Q. Is there anywhere within walking distance to for a meal?
A. The Victoria Inn, where an excellent evening meal is available, is a short walk away and we would be happy to reserve a table for you. There is also a Cantonese restaurant nearby also within walking distance.

Q. Are the rooms non smoking/ensuite ?
A. We are completely non smoking and all rooms have ensuite facilities.


Q. What time is breakfast?
A. Breakfast is served between 8.00-9.00am. However should you require an earlier breakfast we will do our best to oblige – within reason!!.

Q. Is the deposit refundable if we have to cancel?
A. We will refund your deposit, less a £10.00 admin charge, if the room is full relet. No refund will be given for notice of 3 days or less.

Q. Do you take children?
A. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of seven and we have no family rooms.
